I’m so happy at the moment

My 14-year-old nephew decided he wants to get into running, and asked me to help him get started so he can eventually do cross-country. Aw… The day will come when these kids will want nothing to do with family really, so it always makes me happy to be able to spend time with them; especially doing something I actually enjoy that doesn’t cost a bunch of money.

He wants his 5-something-minute-mile back. 😮‍💨
I’m struggling to get my 8-min mile back. It’s still so cool to be able to help him. 🥹 This helps me improve my run as well.
