My state outlawed Happy Hour. We can't have drink specials, i.e., drinks at reduced prices.

Talk about a buzz kill!

@Virgo79 the argument was that it reduces drunk driving. We've had that law a long time. Lucky for me by the time that law passed I didn't care anymore
