It's like 3am but hey it felt like a good day 😌

Reconnected with an old friend & that honestly made my whole day 🥺
I even ate two full meals before 8pm which is kinda rare these days. I'd eat another one now if it wasn't so late 😂

Anyway goodnight ✌️ tomorrow should be pretty interesting too lol I'll update here if any shit pops off 😅

@iamonfire696 yeah I've been feeling like maybe not eating has been probably messing with me mentally. I always thought it was only physically but I guess it affects everything really.
I don't mean to not eat. I love food. I just have no appetite especially when I'm stressed. I simply forget

@ChiefJustWalks you need to eat to sustain your mental health along with your physical health. If your not taking care of that things are going to be even worse.

I understand not having an appetite but you have to eat.

@iamonfire696 i know 😒 people act like I can just force myself to eat or something. I can't. I will literally puke or gag if I try so it's frustrating. Like my ex used to get mad at me for not eating & it always made me feel like I was doing something bad or wrong 😔 my body works against me sometimes

I wouldn’t be mad at you, I am just concerned about you.

You know how people get hangry because they are hungry and lose their patience. If your depressed and not eating it’s just going to make everything feel worse than it is.
