I Understand

I consider myself to be kind, caring, and understanding.
Very few things surprise me anymore after having seen so many messed up things.
People tend to do the best they can with whatever they're given.
I did.
I don't begrudge anyone for the ways they go about it.
Even if those ways are uncomfortable for me.
After all, we're all responsible for our own health and happiness.
What kind of guy would I be if I took exception to the way a friend chose to go about that ?
I love my friends.
Even the quiet ones that walked away.
I am always praying for them and thinking about them.
Hoping that the best of life finds them and the paths they chose, bring them peace and happiness.
I think that would be perfect.
