My kids make me happy and today because it’s a rainy day we are going to bake some muffins. Usually we are spending time in the pool but it’s storming today.
My friends here make me happy and I appreciate every one of you.

The list of things that make me happy is a very long one. But every person or situation in which I feel gratitude, open hearted, safe, able to be , able to laugh, able to be hopeful - makes me happy. Whether it is big or small is irrelevant.
