So I've found a way to make myself happier
I've implemented a plan to fill my time with 4 main different things a week. I need change and to feel a bit of adrenaline. I'm gonna get basic training down for a scooter/motorcycle, I might get a 120cc auto motorbike. That way I can get to the things I wanna do and it'll change things for me and give me options.
I was wondering if I should do the pre cbt (compulsory basic training) and then a motorbike and a bus with CBT written on it drove past hahaha so yes, either god or the universe is nudging me.
- Every week I'm gonna be swimming, riding, climbing, fighting (martial arts). With weight lifting and running in the week also. I wanna climb cliffs eventually and also go diving so that's all pre-requisites to that. Also if I wanna visit Canada and see the mountains there and other places in the world I'll need to drive and it's easier and cheaper to ride. I'm doing therapy once a week also.
- I've ordered a big whiteboard for my place that I list and plan everything on, I wake up at 8am every day (with the help of my neighbours loud music they use as an alarm which is actually turning out to be a blessing).
- I've re-adopted the attitude of doing something every day that will make me happy tomorrow, I'm discussing holiday options next week also.
- I should hear back about my interview next week hopefully
Since I've organised I feel a lot better about things.
