I am very happy today!

That the EPA is finally being reigned in. Finally it's been ruled their power as an unelected government agency should be reduced and that banning fossil fuels and trying to artificially influence what the market wants in the USA is unconsitutional.
In celebration I will fire up all my V8 vehciles and my tractor at once!

Good, the current war on oil is stupid. We’ve relied on fossil fuels for a long time, getting rid of it when there’s no clear alternative is just stupid. Let’s develop the alternatives then do away with fossil fuels. We should in the mean time develop fossil fuel technology as well. For example make it burn cleaner. The engines of today are far better than what the engines were when we first started using fossil fuels for engines.

@MrAboo None of the alternatives are viable long term. I don't think we should ever fully get rid of fossil fuels. The left seems to be afraid of nuclear power however, which is the viable renewable solution. But not for cars... I think cars should run on fossil fuel perpetually.

@ShadowWolf they just need time to be developed imo. The problem with nuclear power is the radioactive waste it makes that has to be stored in barrels for a long period of time.

Can i get a rebate on my fines
ShadowWolf · 31-35, M
@MarineBob We as citizens should be able to sue their asses now for all the overreach they've done over the years. including fining people for what they to to and on their own property.

@MasterLee I'm hoping this helps reverse the course. Next eliminate CARB, then bow out of the climate accord again, and finally no more electric vehicle subsidies. This opens up many potential lawsuits against the EPA/Biden Admin, and the greenies!
ShadowWolf · 31-35, M
@ShadowWolf Also hoping we can sue for CAFE standards now. And ethanol in fuel. The door just swung wide open. The EPA now has much much less regulatory power, even the Clean Air Act can be challenged now!

Does this mean gasoline and diesel will go back down to a reasonable price? I have noticed it is slowly dropping but not as fast as it shot up.
ShadowWolf · 31-35, M
@CestManan Legally, this opens the door to all Biden's and the EPAs former policies being challenged, even the Clean Air Act itself! If the Clean Air Act gets removed, we could have Big Block muscle cars being produced again :)
This also means that all mandates on the fossil fuel industry may be challenged, including land leasing for drilling. I'm so excited :)

ShadowWolf · 31-35, M
@MarineBob The prices have gone down.. slightly. And Biden will try to take credit for it im sure.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@MarineBob it is sad that this is a good price under the obiden war on fossil fuel
