I Am Going to Say Something Controversial

I can't stand people who complain about being judged harshly by others, and act like those people are doing something wrong by looking down on them. Like no one should ever judge anyone else. We all judge each other. We all take what information we have about someone and use it to form an imaginary version of them in our minds. We have to, if we're going to understand anyone, or protect ourselves, or do anything but react to people's most recent actions.

None of us are entitled to be liked or to be somehow shielded from the judgement of others - we have to earn it by actually deserving it.

Well said. Judging cannot be avoided and shouldn't be. There is a difference between animosity without cause, and using common sense to determine who we associate with or not. If someone is obviously doing something wrong they pretty much never want it pointed out because that would create discomfort or shame for them.
We are not entitled to be liked, we earn the "likeness" of people by our actions and character.
