Control is a matter of belief. When no mention of others beliefs are mentioned you must assume your own beliefs are ment to control others.
So who is attempting to control others beliefs?
Point not even coming close to being addressed. So no win on all sides.
Everyone has the right to their own beliefs. This is unarguable. The many's beliefs take precedents. Not your own beliefs.
Otherwise this "could" be a nudist society. I would all for that! Yet I don't make a constitutional argument for it. It's just not there. Most, the "many", just are not nudists.
