I Am Going to Say Something Controversial

I don't have sympathy for drug addicts. I say we let drugs destroy them until they actually want to get help. No point in wasting time and money on someone who doesn't want to get clean.

This is a tough one.

You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped - I know, I've tried too many times.

But when you watch it destroy those around them - it's hard not to intervene.
