@Pherick What may have slipped your failed attempt at having a sarcastic mind is, our rights only apply to OUR citizens. Countries that we (a long time ago) bribed to be our friends so we could have a presence in an area with nothing but sand and oil (which we don't need), do not fall under our Constitution.

Your egotistic condescending attitude shows you have no concept of how the real world can and should work.

I'm pointing out we paid for something, either provide it or lose the funding.
