I Am Going to Say Something Controversial

Thick/curvy is just a nicer way of saying fat. Fat isn't pretty,good,sought after and it's not something to be embraced or celebrated. Just call a spade a spade and be done with it. I'm not curvy I'm just fat and it sucks.

Its the fat you don't see, that is a bigger issue. Even skinny ones can have internal fat surrounding their organs, like liver, like kidney. ..

To avoid internal fat.
1. Swop meat with legumes at least 2 a week.
2. Use resistance training, 3 x a week use weights or resistance band.
3. Added sugar, in sugar drinks, junk and processed foods, most cerials.

Get to love, fresh veggies, steamed. Read up on Low GI foods, they will fill you, they also help your blood sugar levels. (Stand in place of sitting down, we sit, we watch TV, we sit......)

Take it slow, then you won't put it back on. Many loose water in the first week, then it will slow down. Be patient, stick to it.......

Listen to DR Micheal Mosley, he recommended intermittent fasting. He promote the 5/2 plan. In time this helps the appetite, I use the 8 to 16 hour gaps, it sure helped.

Do it , you will put a spring back into life. To be healthy is your gift to you, for life.
