Well. You have it reveresed. It should be called Crownies. The cookie should be on the bottom with the brownie on top. Not cookie on top and brownie on bottom!

@SW-User I stop say the pure brownie is best, but this might solve the textural imbalance and make it palatable. The cookie belongs on bottom so it can get golden and bakes and the brownies remain soft and gooey.

We have the technology, we are a miss if we do not try by utilizing it.
