Here is more proof that God exists. According to the Bible (the old Jewish Bible) Sodomy was unhealthy and people should not do it. Sodomy in those days simply meant that people should not engage in both anal and oral sex regardless of sexual orientation. It is pretty obvious why anal sex is unhealthy but there is no humanly way possible to ever know that oral sex with your wife is unhealthy. (In modern religion it is twisted to being anti-gay but that is for another topic).

Come on now, Sodomy is not just anal sex. It specifically states oral sex too. Fellatio and cunnilingus have nothing to do with anal activity. There was some knowledge and wisdom that Moses received to make people stop engaging in oral sex (especially since it feels good with no obvious signs of risks).
