According to the Delaware State constitution, all people in the State have the right to keep and bear arms, without exception.
Article I, Delaware Constitution
According to "Article I, Text of Section 20:
Right to Keep and Bear Arms
A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use. (4-16-87)"
So, if he was charged in State court I would vote "Not Guilty" on the gun charge.
