@Bumbles Has he been charged with a federal crime or a State crime? If it is a Delaware State charge then he is not guilty per the State constitution.

@fanuc2013 He's not going to jail. He probably will have the charges thrown out. It's a petty, obvious move on the GOP, who's striking out blindly because they can't get to his dad.
