The same one that allowed the 13th amendment to the constitution saying, "Oh, bt-dubs, no slavery allowed."
Any part of the constitution can be changed, so long as 2/3rds of the legislators vote on it and 75% of the states ratify [affirm] it.
As many ammendments as wanted can be added. Including one to say, "bt-dubs, no guns allowed."
But that won't happen for a long-ass time, because Americans love their guns more than they love Americans and would start a civil war if they were taken.
Until then, you'll have people who don't like kindergardeners getting shot to death saying, "Hmm. Maybe this legal gun ownership thing isn't all it's cracked up to be?" So, get used to it.
