I agree and I don't care if it's murder. Some women can't support the baby financially and don't want it to suffer in foster care, some women risk spreading an inherited illness to their child and don't want it to struggle throughout life like they have, sometimes the pregnancy was just unplanned. Each lady has her reasons.
And I know this is an often brought-up topic, but I don't understand people's dismissal toward rape victims' choice to abort the baby. The victims have to go through a long nine months of a constant reminder and trigger of their trauma just because some people favor Pro-Life? No way!

@goagainsttheflow You're trying to justify murder, but none of it matters because of your first sentence. Not only did you acknowledge that it's murder, you didn't care. That's such an inhumane thing to say and so unethical.
Anyways, you're trying to justify getting rid of people just because they're an [b]inconvenience[/b] to you. That is so immoral and selfish. You don't just kill someone just because they make your life difficult.
As for the rape victim thing, her life is not more important than the child's. If anything, the child has a worse life because it never got to live his/hers out.

Rape is a different matter. My friend had an abortion because she didn’t want to be a mother and 25 years later still regrets it. They give counseling beforehand and these girls sit there like it’s no big deal..it’s just a procedure to end the pregnancy they don’t get fat. That was their reason...so they wouldn’t get fat. Made me sick. If the mother is sick, raped,or has to take medication that will harm the baby then fine, but for God’s sake take birth control or better yet don’t have sex.@goagainsttheflow

@goagainsttheflow thank you. I had an abortion. I was raped and had medical issues. I wasn’t about to risk my life over a pregnancy I never asked for in the first place, because some idiot, stole my body, and used it for his enjoyment. I never asked for it. I’m glad I made the right decision to abort. I live with no regrets. And I’m living my life the way that I have chosen to live it.
Abortion is not murder. When a woman is terminating a pregnancy, she is having a medical procedure. I don’t care if people think that what I did was murder, because they’re not walking in my shoes. They don’t know anything about what my body went through. I literally had a medical procedure for medical reasons. What I did was perfectly safe and legal. If I had stayed pregnant, I wouldn’t even be here. So yes, I did choose MY life. I’m not here justify “murder” as I’m seeing these comments. The fact is, the ones calling it “murder” are the ones trying to justify something that is perfectly legal.

@NaturalBeautyQueen Wow, did you just use that pathetic argument? Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right. Also, just because you killed someone to save yourself doesn't mean you're not a murderer. You ended a damn life. How hard is it to wrap your dense head around that? You really are willfully ignorant to not acknowledge that it is. It's despicable how you try to ignore the blatant fact that you're a murderer just because you don't like it. Abortion is just a euphemism for murder. No one has to walk in anyone's shoes to know when a life has ended. Facts don't need opinions.
Also, of course we should only kill when it's for self defense which is what happened in your case. That's why many of us agree on that as being the only viable reason for terminating a pregnancy. Humans are inherently selfish and that's okay. It's just disgusting when they ignore their transgressions and try to justify their kills all the while boasting how perfectly faultless and above reproach they are as they try to gain sympathy for their crime.
Lastly, if you aren't here to justify murder you wouldn't of needed to post that uninspiring and lackluster post in the first place. You didn't shine any new light on anything at all. Heh, I guess you couldn't help but post it to clear your conscience a little more ey? Anyways, you did try to justify murder, but you did it blunderingly.

@SW-User What is the name of this group called? I Am Pro choice. Which means anybody who has joined this group, happens to be pro choice. So therefore, I am not here justifying anything. I have no reason to. Yes, I had an abortion because I was raped and my pregnancy was literally killing me. So what?
