do this : go after whatever make you feel bad wrong and guilty , powerless , helpless, sad , desperate when it comes about the injustices we are suffering because of the morons and the bad guys , in this circumstance , those horrible feelings are the best sigh that we are doing something right , so for example , if a police or a military or one of those psyko secret agents try to make you feel powerless , guilty and scared , instead of back off , insist , keep punching them , the same goes when you react against the system in general , against something unfair and you run up in to somebody that try to make you wrong bad and guilty, powerless , riduculous and so on , instead of retreat , use those feelings as fuel to punch harder , kick harder , and more the asshole and the moron that is picking on you try to torture you more, to make you feel more guilty and wrong in general , more you know that you are doing something right , so insist , trust me , i speak for experience, it is beyond the concept of insult to intelligence, infact when you do something REALLY bad , like hurt an innocent animal , you can bet you ass that you would not feel anything , absurd isn't it ? still , if you even think about go and slaughter, for example , "king" chars because of the miserable asshole he is , you start to feel some sensless emtional and physical reactions , see what happen ? that's manipulation , so long as we don't go against the system , none even care about try to stop us even if it is something really wrong , on the other hand , if we go against the system , we also get targeted with various technologies in order to feel wrong bad and guilty and of course to make us feel physical pain and to torture our body even knowing that what we want to do is right , so yeah , go on
