I gave three of my guns away today,

My brother and sister in law came by today to visit, I gave him three of my guns today, my .22 Ruger 10/22 semiautomatic rifle, Bersa Thunder .22 semiautomatic pistol, and Beretta 92FS 9mm semiautomatic pistol, all of their extra magazines, holsters, and ammunition, having us both sign three separate contracts saying due to my increasing illness I am signing possession over to him, and upon my death, transferring ownership to him, for now I am keeping my Bersa Thunder .380 with a separate contract stating upon my death, ownership will transfer to him, with out mother third party signing as witness. I did this because cops will take firearms for themselves, my mother has copies to the contracts so that they won't try to take my .380, there is a paper trail documentation of my wishes, kind of like a will.
