I Support Better Gun Control Laws

Why did Gov. Scott say he was shocked something like this would happen in his state? It's the 15th mass shooting in FL this year alone.

The problem is that not enough people carry guns. Shooters used to be killed by law biding citizens before they went on their shooting spree. We need to ban gun free areas cuz that's the only time there's ever a mass shooting
