I Support Better Gun Control Laws

Why did Gov. Scott say he was shocked something like this would happen in his state? It's the 15th mass shooting in FL this year alone.

Serenitree, that was my point. People who plan to commit mass shootings always pick places where the citizens are unarmed. They know they would never stand a chance against targets who would fight back.
