I Support Better Gun Control Laws

Why did Gov. Scott say he was shocked something like this would happen in his state? It's the 15th mass shooting in FL this year alone.

Any 'gun control' law is unconstitutional, the second amendment is quite clear. AND if gun control really worked, Chicago would be like Mayberry
