I Support Better Gun Control Laws

Why did Gov. Scott say he was shocked something like this would happen in his state? It's the 15th mass shooting in FL this year alone.

Guns are not violent. People who misuse them are. Punish the ones who use guns for criminal acts, don't punish law abiding citizens for other people's actions.
