No one on this thread is going to be swayed by the stats. The decision is political and they already decided that gun control is a gateway to devil worshiping, communism and possibly education.

@Northwest some of us might just enjoy target shooting and hunting.you can not buy wiled game in the stores.protection is another reason as we just saw you cant depend on the police
@beaglehunter Texas is a heavily armed state. You can’t depend on a well armed populace either it appears.

@JonLosAngeles66 i dont know about where you got that info.if you were to read the n.r.a. mag.you would see newspaper reports of crime reports but you would call that b.s. even though it tells the name and town of the paper and the police force
@beaglehunter I saw a review of those. They include people hearing a noise and grabbing their gun and the noise goes away. Artificially inflated numbers. It’s like when the dog thinks he saved the family by barking at the mailman.
