Senseless Act

Yet another senseless act of violence. This time it’s children in school. My God what the hell is happening!!! It saddens and upsets me that someone that clearly has mental issues just snaps and does this to innocent kids, and by an 18 year old a kid as well. Didn’t the parents of this shooter see any signs of his mental state and get him any form of help, or was he just an evil person? These kids today don’t have any form of parental guidance. Parents are more like being friends with their own kids than being parents and guide them to be respectful adults. This is a pile of bullshit and it needs to stop. This is one thing you can’t blame the government on gun control. Everything starts at home and how you raise your family. If you are not involved in their lives and know what the hell is going on, what kind of parents are you? GET INVOLVED, KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON, AND GUIDE THEM TO BE BETTER HUMANS!!

You are preaching to the choir about parents being involved in their children's lives. Something that is very rare these days.
Most people take their kids to a counselor to raise their kids rather than act like f****** parents.
But I will tell you something that is even more disturbing about these shootings than bad parenting.
Up until about the last 20 years or so the news wouldn't report on celebrity suicide. They did this because it would cause impressionable people to copycat. It's actually a huge thing.
You can read it on Wikipedia about copycat suicide. There's all kinds of terminology about it and s*** because it is so commonplace.
So if that holds true for suicide than it stands to reason it would hold true for school shootings as well.
Think about it. After Columbine school shootings took off like a wildfire.
The media is well aware, or at least used to be, the impact on society that the news stories held. They knew about this suicide phenomenon and wouldn't report on it because of it.
So school shootings go deeper than acquiring a weapon and mental health.
