Supreme Court Allows the Texas Abortion Law to Remain. California Governor Newsom Plans to Draft a Similar Law to Control Assault Weapons/Ghost Guns

If a state can draft a law shielding itself from lawsuits on abortion, why shouldn't California and other blue states be able to enact gun control laws that cannot be challenged either?

And this is how we end up with utterly ineffectual government. As cogent a point as Newsome has, the "wait until we play by your rules" approach is too antagonistic to promote real change.

@windinhishair Nor I, but I have read a little about it. Robert Axelrod set up a competition to find the best strategy in actors expressed as populations of small computer programs. Tit for Tat by Anatol Rapoport won the early iterated competition and similar strategies also were successful against more sophisticated challengers later.
