@vorian Well considering 99% of legal gun owners wouldn't kill a fly... Absolutely! And the world would sure be safer if these drunks would stay out of the drivers seat. You got about a 50% chance of a drunk killing you every time you get in your car. You have about a -50% chance of a bullet killing you!
