@NCCindy I see what you are trying to do here, but the point is, make it difficult for the whack jobs to get their hands this stuff. Especially anything capable of mass murder.
@NCCindy It's all well and good comparing London to New York but if you look at homicides on the basis of each nation in its entirety then the US compares exceedingly badly to the UK.
@chrisCA The most recent I've read about are Dunblane in 1996 and Hungerford in around 1987 - other than that the only ones I can think of were during "Troubles" in Northern Island
