How could anybody not want gun control?

Gun control is what it says “GUN CONTROL”! That doesn’t mean the removal of ALL guns. It just means back ground checks and mental health assessments, so that the wrong person isn’t going around carrying a firearm. What’s wrong with that?

I know that there are responsible gun owners. Responsible gun owners that collect guns, or have multiple gun, but keep them closed up. And only use as needed. You’re not going to catch them, buying a gun, that is made to shoot and kill innocent people. You’re just not.

I am not anti gun. I support responsible gun owners. I also support gun control. It seems many are more scared about losing their guns than scared about losing the lives of loved ones.

Well all I say is look at the U.K I can’t remember the last time we had a school shooting and we do very well without guns.

@Cford771 look at Switzerland instead. Much better model.

@Cford771 Not just the UK, but other countries in general. The U.S. are number one in mass shootings. We are the only country without gun control. The only country allowed to purchase and carry an AR-15. A gun that is specially made to kill people.

@MasterLee Any country is a better example than the U.S.

Japan also, no shootings like what the neighbouring countries suffers

@NaturalBeautyQueen an ar 15 is not a killing machine. That's liberal spin. Terrorists are specially made to kill. Let's keep them out.

I was using the U.K as an example I would find America perfect if it wasn’t for the poor gun control as people seem so lovely (:

@Cford771 UK on guns is like looking to France for military advice.
NaturalBeautyQueen · 41-45, F
@MasterLee it was the gun that was used in every mass shooting. Including mass shootings in the 90’s as well. I done my research. Because I can’t understand why anybody would want that particular gun, except to kill. People use hand guns for protection. People use rifles to hunt animals. What is an AR-15 used for?

And this isn’t about liberals or conservatives. I don’t care what side those innocent children or teachers were on. All I saw was lives lost. We all cry the same tears.

@Cford771 I agree with you.

I use mine for self defense like millions of others. This gun is chosen for liberal appeal. There are much better choices. This is intentional false flagging to rile up people.
NaturalBeautyQueen · 41-45, F
@MasterLee except for the fact that this gun, has been used in every single mass shooting in the U.S.

@Cford771 I think it was Dunblane in 1996 - so one in 22 years compared to 18 in the US so far this year ☹️

Spot on I’m not saying the U.K. is perfect because it really isn’t we have our own problems our politicians need to sort out but the poor kids that are caught up in this mothers and fathers brothers and sisters? I have a big heart and I really do feel for America I loved visiting Florida yes I was a tourist but I loved The people to be honest I was scared of the guns but who isn’t? @Dlrannie

@Cford771 Indeed we are not perfect in the UK but it's much safer living here than in the US
