When is it appropriate to talk about state level gun control?

These school shootings seem to be the new normal, or atleast it's been normal since Columbine. Can we talk about it? Is that okay?

Anyone willing to shoot a place up has no problem breaking gun restriction laws, no matter how many laws get passed guns will always end up in the hands of people that want them

@LvChris well I'm a felon already got gun restrictions on me now and could buy a gun without a problem though illegal sorces.

@silmarilion456 same reason they are not using a nuke,, it's harder to get a machine gun but that don't mean they can't
