@MarineBob The laws we have are purposefully sabotaged to build a narrative that "laws don't work!". Which is a potential problem on a huge scale, because a lot of people are raised to believe just that. The laws we have now need modern improvements, streamlining and support on a state and federal level so that they can be enforced properly. THEN we can see how things improve or not, and make informed decisions of revising/omitting/adding or whatever laws to the mix. But, sadly, the current system is held back by those who profit from gun sales.
