Why is Trump able to do whatever he wants?

I am a bit confused about this, as in WTF?

A lot of what he does he is later told he can’t do and has to undo what he did

@AthrillatheHunt Not quite true, lib judges over reach their authority to try and stop him for political gain, then an appeals court overturns their ruling and its back to business as usual.
