He tried a coop and they couldn't impeach him. What makes you think that enough red hats in congress or the senate would do so?

@RosaMarie you choose to side step the question! can a special session be held while congress has chosen to be closed? It’s not WILL it happen? it’s CAN a special session be held?
We all know republicans would force a special session if the situation were reversed. So please provide your answer? Thx in advance

@exchrist Since a republican was sworn in during a special session this year and yet they are saying they can't swear in a Democrat in special session, what can or can't be done seems not to matter.

I'm not a Parlementarian, so I have no idea what should be the answer.
