No one has said that. We are saying that ILLEGAL ALIENS are getting welfare benefits, and they are allowed to vote, BOTH THINGS BEING AGAINST THE LAW.
Nobody has suggested those animals get ALL the benefits.
Of course, when PRESIDENT TRUMP deports the rest of those animals, and if that balances the federal budget, then we'll know.
