What federal programs can immigrants access?

@Kypro Do you differentiate ? And is that a fed or state chart . Benefits vary greatly by state

@Kypro can we both agree lots of states and in particular , cities , give benefits to illegals / undocumented far above and beyond what the Fed gives ? Housing , debit cards , college educations etc.. That chart tells 50% of a story (did you amend the title to say Fed or did I miss that ?)
