Is it ever okay for the FBI to tackle and handcuff a senator for asking a question?

I personally don’t like how Noem handled that press conference and it was totally under her control on how the Senator from the state she was at was mistreated/ She had just slammed the Mayor and Governor of California and made inappropriate comments on them. I heard she was sent to a hospital a few days later and even though I don’t believe in Karma thought, “this doesn’t surprise me.”
