After digging a bit, I believe he's quoting that as a jab towards the democrats' denial of the existence of a "censorship industrial complex" during the Biden administration, eluding to the democrats being nazis who are trying to construct public opinion. The video takes what he said out of context a bit, and is spinning it as if he said that in support of government censorship.

I don't support either side, but that's not the best person to quote from, especially with the main insult of both political sides nowadays is calling the other nazis.

Oh, and by the way, If you haven't figured out by now that they're Nazis you weren't ever going to.
