freaking municipal politicians in canada really pissing me off....

there are mayors in the suburbs of vancouver making more than the premier....say each city has an average population of just over 200k....some making more than the mayor of new york city with a population of 8 million...wtf! my tax dollars at work 🤷

@beermeplease I can't recall exact numbers of the really cold years but it can definitely get expensive. Especially when we were in an 100 year old house.

Efficiency was not exactly a thing. So there was definitely that downside.

Unless you are like my friend Celine who has the windows open in -30 weather. We all think she is a bit crazy for that one.
