Where has he said he is going to cut the Department Of Justice? Is he cutting out sections of it, or its funding?
How do you use the American Department Of Justice to take on Mexican Cartels? How does that work?
If he said he would use the American MILITARY (which is the Department Of Defense) to take on Mexican cartels, that would make more sense. Then again, Trump has shown a reluctance to commit the US Military to anything new. He's even wanting the countries our military protects on the other side of the world to PAY for their protection, or he removes the bases from their land.
