I see the issue. You're a little confused.

The peace treaty in 1979, was between Israel and Egypt. You're confused thinking Egypt is Palestine. It's not. Easy mistake to make.

About the President Trump thing. Seems you're confused as well. Those so-called treaties, attempted to normalize trade between Israel and several oil countries, and they explicitly excluded Palestinians. Easy mistake to make though, if you were hiding under a rock, and excluded all these references from your search. For instance, Netanyahu, Kushner and Trump making multiple speeches, unequivocally stating to the entire world, that they're excluding Palestinians.
