Are we watching the end of the "rule of law" social system?

Every area we can look, we see different rules for different people.

This just may be the beginning of the end.

We are all subject to the law, anything outside of that is breaking the law. To circumvent any laws on the books, or the Constitution of the United States, is breaking the law. Not the President, former Presidents or any member of Congress is above the law.
