@SW-User I have a degree in economics from Washington University..........I am guessing yours came from YouTube University, Trump was EXACTLY who laid the foundation for the inflation Biden was blamed for about an hour after he took office. Under trump tariffs raised INSTANTLY every single thing we bought that was not produced in the U.S. by 10% to 25%...depending on the item or food. He needed to fire up the not too bright by scaring them to death that ANYONE that wasn't snow white and wearing a pointed hood was bad for America. So right out of the gate he cancelled immigrant LEGAL work Visas. That meant less workers in meat packing plants.....the poultry and egg insidstry....the building of new homes......the paper industry......the vegetable and fruit industry.
So what shortages did we see during the pandemic genius? Eggs.........toilet paper,,,,,meat.....veggieds canned and fresh........eggs and chicken. And when a shortage exists........the prices goes up. THAT IS INFLATION. And ALL of that was felt by ALL of us.....under trump and we're still struggling to catch up....and lower prices back down. Inflation is NOW 3.1% so it almost back to "normal"...........and guess who was in office when it is going down?
It's taken Biden 3 years to bring inflation down. Think about that. If Biden is bringing it BACK DOWN..............and it was going full force when Biden took office and he started bringing it back down..................take your time.....this will make your brain hurt.............under what president did it go up?
