First things first I would get rid of the tradditional ministerial roles.
And perhaps create new ones according to the picked ones.
Just as an example, how does it sound a Time Travel ministerial dutty for @JohnOinger?

I was thinking in a canadian someone for a new ministery of Real Science (nothing related to Science of course).
But.........he is already a minister (preacher).
