I can't believe what im seeing :(

@revenant It's like they have just given up on this area and gave it to the homeless and drug addicts,very disturbing. :)

@Ramrod do they do anything to help them ?

@Ramrod yeah they pretend the problem just does not exist and it is all in our imagination. I am in Toronto now and same thing more and more..

but hey they got food banks and shelters...what else do they need ?

@revenant Where i live,if you let your yard get as polluted as Philadelphia's streets you would be given a citation, all the garbage piled up in the streets. :(

@revenant They call this area an open air drug market,people can shoot up right out in the open and the police do nothing,i have a hard time understanding this kind of mentality ???

@Ramrod same here...that is because they are " oppressed" and have "rights".

@revenant What really bothers me is i know some people who have been busted with small amounts of weed,they get a ticket,go to court,pay a fine,but these people can shoot up out in the open,walk around like zombies and im sure they put a strain on city services and thats ok,but don't get caught with a little pot,it just doesn't seem right to me ???
