@Diotrephes If you would look up in the structure then army has a lot of say in the foreign policies of the US. Army does dominate the President too. You see you have a President who does not know his full name but Do you know of any army officer who does not know his name?
What i mean is country is still running. It does not depend on the President, so anyone can aquire these posts.
