Trump actually would've done less damage if he had played golf *more* than he already did, instead of attempting to govern.

@Elessar He didn't attempt to govern, he delegated that to other people and then golfed and did rallies. The last person in the room with Trump before his decisions was the President. McConnell used Trump like a hand puppet, so did Putin.
