@NativePortlander1970 the Constitution says the government must "provide for the general welfare", the UN charter enumerates the human rights and government responsibilities. That's also US law. The population is a liar. Obviously it's going to not admit responsibility for taking care of anyone. War dept, not defense! Killing has political legs. Society doesn't, in evil populations.

I have pretty much done that, meaning to cut off all psychotic messages from this sector of life...and it means survival and preserved conscience...pretty good goal if you ask me.
