Poverty is only created by those with the least intelligence, the least work ethic and the worst decisions, at least in the United States.
Socialist countries are much fairer. EVERYONE except government is dirt poor.
So there IS validity that rich countries create a poverty class, but the United States is exactly the opposite. Here the poorest of the poor have the opportunity to work harder and smarter and move up the ranks .
