Humans invented the economy - money, banks, taxes, late-stage capitalism.
Nature’s had an economy forever, just without the spreadsheets.
Trees trade with fungi, bees hustle for nectar, and everyone pays rent in the food chain.
So yeah, nature’s economy runs on vibes, energy, and the occasional brutal death.
Ours runs on debt and anxiety.

Nature has balance which the man made concept of economy vaguely attempts to mimic.
Yet it's so poorly a mimic that it's hardly recognizable.
Man is totally one dimensional in thinking. And therefore can not think in multiple axis beyond one.
This can be seen in the principal of supply and demand. They are the opposite sides of only one axis. Yet often portrayed as two dimensions (x and y axes). It's like trying to map out true and false on two different axes when they are on the same line.

The man made economy thrives because of nature's economy. All other creatures except humans thrive in natures economy.

Nature is the original economy before the modern human economy.
